We're Hiring For The Summer of 2022

We offer optional training, support, and resources for you to begin your job as a swim instructor. Let's get you started!
What do we do

We focus on adapting swimming lessons to learning preferences

Not everyone learns the same way and lessons need to be adapted to handle that difference. Whether you learn best by hearing, seeing, or being hands on we've got you covered.

What Does The Job Entail?

We look for people that have a background in either teaching swim lessons previously, are currently in an aquatics sport/activity, or were in an aquatics sport/activity in the past (this can include surfing, swimming, waterpolo, lifeguarding, wakeboarding, ext).

However, we do take instructors from all walks of life! If you spend lots of time in the pool and meet our basic swimming requirements feel free to register.

All Instructors Interested In Teaching Must Demonstrate An Ability To:

  1. Swim 25 yards front crawl (freestyle), back crawl (backstroke), breaststroke, butterfly, elementary backstroke, sidestroke. There is no time limit
  2. Tread water for 1 minute, using legs only – participants may not use their arms and their face must remain above the water at all times
  3. Float on their back for 1 minute in deep water

You set your own schedule and are able to travel to clients home or pool locations to provide swim lessons. Our clients tend to be families with kids.

You set your own schedule, work as much or as little as you want. We understand your busy and want to help you find opportunities to teach swim lessons that fit into your schedule.

Our proprietary software platform allows clients to reschedule ahead of time if needed and keep clients in the loop (including making sure you get paid if clients cancel at the last minute).

Our platform also allows you to get paid on your schedule! After every lesson our system sends you a short progress report to complete. Upon completion it will be submitted to the clients for approval and once approved you can request to get paid.

Simply provide your email and name so that we can keep you on the update list. We will make sure to update you once a week and let you know when the training portal opens.

Upon the opening of the training portal, you can get trained and get started!
